Here are all of the details on how to make the chick and lamb gift boxes:
These boxes are so easy to make that you don’t really need any instructions, but just in case, here are the steps to make your own Easter gift boxes.
Download The Printable

Print The Templates
Print the boxes onto some thick paper with your printer. We have this printer which we love. It prints high-quality and the ink lasts forever.
Cut Out The Easter Gift Boxes
Cut out the boxes. I generally prefer to use a craft knife for almost all cutting but you could use scissors as well. Just choose what you prefer and find the easiest to use.
We also created a PNG file for these Easter gift boxes that you can use with your cutting machine (like a Cricut or M1). You can download the chick and lamb gift box printables for your cutting machine here.
Score The Fold Lines
For super clean folds, score along the fold lines at the bottom of the box. This is optional but it will give you a much cleaner and tidier finish.
Assemble The Boxes & Fill Them With Treats
To make the box fold up the sides and slot them over the little tabs. The last thing to do is attach the chick’s head and feet and the lamb’s woolly head with a dot of glue or some double-sided tape.
When the chick and lamb boxes are ready, you can fill them with some delicious treats.
A few tips to make these chick and lamb gift boxes:
- The PDF templates are designed to fit on A4 paper but will work on letter-sized paper, too.
- Use paper that’s thick enough to hold its shape but not too thick to make folding difficult or for your printer to struggle.
- Use strong glue or double-sided tape to attach the heads to the body. You don’t want your gift box animals to loose their heads!
- If you want to cut the file with your Cricut or xTool M1, we’ve also created PNG versions of this file!
