Your new tiled and insulated conservatory roof IS notifiable to Building Control if there is no thermal separation from the main house with external quality walls and/or windows and doors that meet Building Regulation requirements, or if it has a radiator which runs off the main heating system of the house.
If you have external quality walls and/or windows and doors that separate the conservatory from the house and no radiator which runs of the main heating system of the house then it IS NOT notifiable to Building Control.
That said, all the tiled and insulated conservatory roof conversions we install have been tested and approved as a product by Building Control, so you can be assured you are getting a roof that is a quality product.
